Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free includes a monthly allowance of unlocks, verified-pool search, and a basic activity log — no card required. It's there so you can see real verified candidates before you ever pay.
What happens if I run out of verifications?
Nothing breaks mid-hire. You can keep going at your plan's overage rate, or move up a tier whenever it's cheaper. You're always in control of when you spend.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never. Candidates verify and own their record for free. Vouchr is paid for by the recruiters and teams who rely on the real-human signal.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from the console. Upgrades take effect immediately; a downgrade or cancellation applies at the end of your billing period, so you keep what you've paid for.
