About Vouchr

Proof you're real, in an era that forgot how to tell.

AI can now write a résumé, ace a screen, and even sit a video interview wearing someone else's face. We're building the one thing that's getting scarce: a simple, trustworthy way for a real person to prove they're real — owned by them, not by us.

01Why we exist

Hiring runs on the assumption that there's a human on the other end. That assumption just broke.

For decades, the basic unit of a job application was a person — flawed, specific, real. You could trust that a résumé belonged to someone who existed, that the voice on the call was theirs, that the face in the interview matched the name on the offer.

Generative AI dissolved that overnight. A single role now draws hundreds of machine-written applications. Organized rings use stolen identities and altered faces to win remote jobs at scale. Recruiters, unable to tell signal from noise, have started doubting everyone — and the people who pay for that doubt are the real, qualified humans who get buried in the pile.

Vouchr exists to give those people their proof back. One portable credential that says there is a real person here — and puts them, not an algorithm, in control of who gets to see it.

02What we believe

A few things we won't compromise on.

Trust products are easy to get wrong — they tend to become surveillance, or gatekeeping, or both. These are the lines we hold while we build.

You own your proof

Your credential belongs to you. You start every verification, you approve every bit of access, and you can revoke it at any time. We're a custodian, not an owner.

Private by default

There's no public profile unless you make one. Ghost mode is the resting state — visible to the people you choose, invisible to everyone else, with a full log of who looked.

The supply side never pays

Job seekers are the supply side of hiring, and the supply side shouldn't have to pay to be believed. Verification is free for candidates — for good.

A signal, never a gatekeeper

Vouchr proves you're real; it doesn't decide if you're worthy. We never block an application or rank a person. Verification is evidence in your favor — what employers do with it is up to them.

03How we build it

Proof of a person — not a background check.

We're not in the business of investigating you. We give you tools to assemble signals only a present, single human can produce, and we keep the data footprint as small as the job allows.

1

Hard-to-fake, easy-to-give signals

Apple Wallet ID, device binding, a live phone number, a check against a real work email — signals a bot farm can't cheaply mass-produce, but a real person can put together in about five minutes.

2

Liveness, not screenshots

A verified badge only reads as live when our servers confirm it's current. That makes the credential something you present in the moment, not a static image anyone can copy and paste.

3

Minimum data, maximum control

We collect what's needed to prove personhood and little else, hold it under a strict same-origin privacy boundary, and let you see and revoke access. The goal is trust without a dossier. Read the specifics in our Privacy Policy.

04Who it's for

Two sides of the same broken handshake.

For candidates

Stand out as undeniably real.

Verify once, carry your credential to every application, see who's looking at you, and stay in ghost mode until you choose to be seen. Free, for good.

For candidates
For recruiters

Trust the pile again.

Tell real people from synthetic noise before you spend interview time, cut the fakes and deepfakes, and focus your hours on candidates you can actually verify.

For recruiters

If a security firm can hire a deepfake by accident, the old handshake is gone. We're building the new one.

Be real. Be first.

Join the waitlist and we'll hand you your free verified credential the day Vouchr opens.
